Withers & Wellness is a space for meaningful growth, awareness, and connection—for people and horses alike. Through equine-assisted coaching, collaborative psychotherapy services, experiential wellness offerings, and attunement-based equine bodywork, we create opportunities to slow down, reconnect, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
Our work is rooted in the belief that healing and growth do not always happen through words alone. Sometimes they begin in a quiet moment, through the honest presence of a horse, a deeper awareness of the body, or the realization that you do not have to navigate what comes next by yourself.

Horses invite us into the present moment. They respond honestly, notice what is happening beneath the surface, and offer opportunities to slow down, reconnect, and become more aware of the patterns we may be carrying.
Our approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and relationship-centered. We honor the connection between the mind, body, nervous system, emotions, relationships, and environment—whether we are supporting personal growth, therapeutic work, group wellness experiences, or the wellbeing of the horses in our care.

Tina founded Withers & Wellness to bring together her lifelong passion for wellness, personal empowerment, horses, and meaningful connection. For more than three decades, she has supported individuals in building confidence, resilience, self-awareness, and healthier relationships with themselves through wellness coaching, leadership development, and experiential learning. Today, her work blends equine-assisted coaching, mindfulness-based wellness experiences, Connection & Release, and attunement-based equine bodywork. Tina’s approach is grounded in the belief that both people and horses deserve to feel seen, heard, and supported. She creates welcoming, nonjudgmental spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore what may be possible next.
Alongside Tina’s equine-assisted coaching and attunement-based bodywork, we collaborate with thoughtful practitioners who bring additional opportunities for grounding, reflection, healing, and connection. Our growing wellness community may include yoga, breathwork, Reiki, sound healing, mindfulness-based experiences, and other offerings designed to support whole-person wellbeing.
Each collaborator brings their own unique gifts, training, and perspective to the work. Together, we create intentional experiences that invite people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel supported in mind, body, and spirit.

Whether someone is navigating stress, transition, burnout, grief, disconnection, personal growth, or simply a desire to feel more present in their life, horses offer an opportunity to slow down and meet the moment honestly.
For people, that can create space for insight, confidence, regulation, healing, and change. For horses, it can create space for comfort, release, communication, and greater wellbeing.
At Withers & Wellness, we believe that meaningful connection has the power to change how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the horses in our care.

Whether you are exploring support for yourself, interested in a meaningful group experience, seeking equine-assisted psychotherapy through a collaborative provider, or looking for bodywork for your horse, we would love to help you find the right next step.
